Meet Our Team
Main Team
Our main team starts with Alice Yang, the Founder and President of Blud Bound. Soon the organization expands to New York and Massachusets. Theo and Wesley are in charge of their own states' operations.
Founder & President
Alice Yang
Alice is a Senior at Troy High School in Michigan. She founded Blue Bound in 2024 to raise awareness of Type-2 diabetes prevention and youth leadership. Under her leadership, Blue Bound expanded to multiple states across the U.S., building a strong network of student leaders.
Co-President
Theodore Qiao
Theo is a Junior in Scarsdale High School, New York. He started to work with Alice since May 2025 on building Blue Bound and became state leader in NYS. He's mainly responsible for New York area events and activities.
Vice President
Wesley Huang
Wesley is a junior at Burlingame High School, California. He branched out Blue Bound to California and is the vice president. He is in charge of influencing T2D prevention in his communities.
Canada Team Lead
Esther Cui
Esther is a senior at Sentinel Secondary School in British Columbia, Canada, joined Blue Bound in November 2025 and has since risen to become its leader in Canada, leading nationwide expansion and outreach efforts.
Asia Team Lead
Chengbin Yang
Chenbin is a 10th-grade student from Shenzhen, China. I joined Blue Bound in March 2026 and am committed to promoting greater awareness of blood glucose monitoring across China and Asia.

Elaine Wang
Elaine currently works for a famous finance institute and holds Lead Engineer position. She joined the board in 2024 to provide fund raising, events, and IT guidance.
